Travels with a Stealthy Screwdriver

Last Sunday I flew out to San Francisco from Manchester (via JFK) for a meeting at the Oracle HQ in Belmont. For the journey I took a bottle of Gold & Silver (Benson & Hedges) flavour "Stealth Juice" from ecisdirect.com.

This juice produces virtually no vapour, but is otherwise just like the normal ecis liquids. I used my Screwdriver very openly in lounges and on the flights and got no comments or hard looks, even from the persons sat next to me on the planes. I found the lack of vapour detracted from the experience but didn't ruin it completely and was preferable to having to concentrate on being inconspicuous.

I remain surprised that, as ever, no-one in airport security was interested in the shiney metal thing with the big button and battery in my jacket pocket - it just sailed through the x-ray machine as always...

Whilst there in Belmont I switched to regular juice as all the people I was meeting with knew me and my e-cigs of old. I must have held four or five impromptu seminars for the people there for other events who were outside smoking (I always go out there and hope someone asks...) and met one man who actually said "that's a screwdriver, right?" !!!
